Ever had a love that just felt too good to be true? One that lit up even your darkest days, leaving you floating on a cloud of affection? That is the type of love Justine Skye croons about in Heaven.

The track comes from Skye's debut studio album, Ultraviolet. Released on January 18th, the album displays growth and maturation in the New York native. With 3 EPs under her belt, she is no newcomer to the music scene. In 2012, the year before releasing her first EP, Everyday Living, she dropped a mixtape entitled Skye High, the first offering of her sweet and soulful, yet playful style. Now, 6 years later, she brings us a new feel in Ultraviolet.

Heaven was produced by Fred Ball, the UK-based Grammy nominated producer who also provided the sultry sounds for Rihanna's Love On The Brain. It is one of the slower songs on the album which features appearances from Jeremih & WizKid. I'm a sucker for slow jams, so no doubt that this track, along with the downtempo Push Ya, are my favorites. Give it a listen below and be sure to check out the remaining 9 songs from Justine Skye's latest & greatest project to date, Ultraviolet.
