Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. It is our goal to get orders out in a timely matter, volume and shipping delays may cause orders to take longer than expected. Please direct all questions regarding shipping to info@etctacoma.com. ETCTACOMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The Online store offers two options (First class shipping) & (in-store pick up). In store pick up gives the option to order online and within 30 days pick up your order from our physical location (116 S 9th Street Tacoma, WA 98402). Please allow 48 hours for processing before picking up online orders. After 30 days products are moved to our OFF SITE storage facility due to stock room capacity protocol. If an order is requested for pick up after the 30 day grace period there may be a delay on the receipt of the item. Orders may need to be picked up off site. After the 30 day grace period please email info@etctacoma.com to schedule a pick up date. After 60 days of non pick up there will be a 30% restocking fee.

If a mistake has been made and you have selected in-store pick up, but would like the have the order shipped. Please send an email to info@etctacoma.com, or call our physical location at (253) 272-2894. There is a $9 fee to have items adjusted and shipped.


Domestic and International shipping is available.


Please be aware that all sale items are final sale. Regular priced items have a 7 day exchange only policy. During the holiday season we extend the exchange polity to the top of the year (due to Christmas gift shopping). All items returned must be in the original condition. Returned items are at the discretion of the on duty store manager. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

We occasionally do flash sales without prior notice. items bought prior to the flash sale will not be honored with the flash sale price. These sales or normally 1 day only and announced the morning of the sale.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping for an exchange unless there is an error on the part of our shipping department.
