The connection is starting to happen here in Tacoma. Our mutual friends are working together and introducing themselves to each other's audiences. Eddie B. is a well respected name in the PNW DJ scene, down in California as well, from the Bay to LA (where is he's been spending plenty of time as of late) but he always reps home. True to the 253. That's why it wasn't surprising to see he Eddie understand West Vill's eclectic style and put his spin on it. The mix is jus that - it feels like Eddie with a WestVill flair - download and play that. It's been a solid soundtrack while working.

But it's less about the music and more about the act of - the mesh of the pros and the amateurs. It's artist spotlighting from Eddies' vantage point and a guest appearance for West Vill's resume, and that is the left foot following the right in motion to getting the wheels moving in the right direction. Once locals acts comprehend the balance of community, collaboration and competition there will be more opportunity and things will become a lot less local. If Eddie is playing your sounds - you're being heard and it helps.
