Product: eTceTera x BricksandWood

May 20th & 21st BricksandWood came to Club907 for a pop-up shop take over, an idea that has literally been in the works since the eTcTacoma opening day. But B&W owner Kacey Lynch is more than a business partner to us here at 907. He's family. He's the little brother who was sharp enough to tag along and offer insight while being wise enough to listen and pick up game. My brotherhood with Kacey started around the time he graduated high school although I've know him since he was a little fat kid in maybe the 8th grade. On Jungles. He's always been ahead - his father and environment nurtured his talents but once Kacey became conscious of his abilities he blossomed. And that is how you get here 3 years later, he's formed an iron clad bond with Coach P, established a name and brand presence in Tacoma and now he's released a six piece collection in the city by the Sea.

eTceTera x BricksandWood offers a mug, Tanner Goods produced leather coaster set, a crewneck, a longsleeve T, chunky knitted beanies and a snapback. The product is phenomenal and the process in building it was effortless.  We told the story as it happened.  The collection logo is a Goldfinch carrying the B&W anchor. The anchor logo snap in royal was the first piece B&W had in-store and it sold out in a week. The Goldfinch logo is one of our favorites. Adding the scene behind it for the full color graphic was an underline to that point. We wanted you to see it like a portrait. B&W wanted to give us our own colors of the knitted beanie and we didn't object, we went for year round wear in terms of color selection, muted green, speckled navy and a pop royal.  We had never produced a collaborative MT. Tacoma item, the corduroy texture is a B&W theme and we altered the colors of the mountain for the first time as well, the B&W logo hit on the side is the throat chop that leaves you speechless though. The mug is a speckled pale yellow with a rounded lip, the coasters are Tanner Goods produced on natural leather (shout out to the PNW connect) and will age into a soft light chocolate tone with use. It wasn't made for the mug but the two work well together. The longsleeve is a big part of this first collaboration because it's a piece so essential to our personal wardrobes. But in fact the design process started with the mustard crewneck and developed into more, that's why you get a yellow mug and tones in the MT. Tacoma hat and possibly why it sold out.

eTc x B&W items are still available online and in-store. BricksandWood mainline items were only available during the pop-up shop.  So you'll have to go chase him down for that royal blue "&" hat.

This one felt right, we are our open to admitting we are fickle with doing collaborations but that is the nature of rarewear, we get turned down all the time. You keep it pushing and keep it limited.
