Something we rarely speak on is what we do for the young minds that make it over the hurdle to work with us. It’s not really necessary due to our actions. We help in whatever way they need it once they’ve been walked through the portal. Sometimes it’s counseling, sometimes it’s business consulting and other times it can be financial support. These are services we offer on the side as well when it’s the right company. Austin is someone we open the vault for anytime he asks and after watching his passion behind the design and shape of redzone products it influenced us enough to make him a key.
