Our talented friend and Tacoma youth Ian Wheelock will be moving away from home soon; he's stepping out into the world to showcase his talents in the Bay at California College of the Arts in Oakland, CA. It should be a tearing jerking moment for us here at eTc but Ian's turned into a reason to celebrate and spotlight his next adventure into the release of his comic series "Anime Goth" and the fine art pieces that inspired it's aesthetic. ARTWORK WILL BE FOR SELL!!!

This is not the first time that Ian has been spotlighted in eTcTacoma, last year his first art show was hosted in-store attached to an ice cream theme that lead to Ice Cream Social parking a cart inside the shop and giving away free cup scoops. It's still one for the record books with a packed house turn out and he sold all his art (most of it on opening night) and sold out of all his custom T shirts. The sequel is sure to be an amplified version and the proper send off for someone so young and exceptional from Tacoma. Read his feature in the Tacoma Weekly

You've already made us proud Ian - now just be you.
