907 THE PLAYBOOK

Well, the time is right for me and I can finally bring the eTceTera community something i’ve wanted to bring yall for a long time now. I’m talking about local (and sometimes national) sports coverage. Now that we’re in the dead heat of high school hoop season, and playoffs are closer than they appear, it’s only right I start with my former school, and the school that has heavy ties in Club 907, Foss High School.

What a regular season it's been! From Berto Gittens abusing the rim all season, Micah Pollard having a few huge games including a 22 pointer against Lindbergh, Demetrius Crosby never failing to be there in clutch situations, and even Antonney Henry with 27 points on 8 threes one game. It's been an all star year for my guys, who even showed out in a major way against the Abes, building a 14 point lead and nearly held on to it if it wasn't for a controversial call… Other than that though, this team has all the makings to make a STRONG run into state, and very possibly win it all at the 2A level for the first time ever.
