EVENT: Universoul Mixtape

Tomorrow will be our first time partying at Universoul Mixtape but it won't be our first time gigging to the sorcerer sounds of Andre Power. Of the Soulection crew Power is one of the names we are most familiar with outside of JoKay and hometown hero Sango of course. My personal encounter with Power was through our good friend at 907 and now Tacoman to Los Angeles liaison DJ Eddie B. ABJO (another Soulection artist at the night) is a newer name for me but I love walking into the unknown especially when the landscape in question is music, Craft Spells and Beach Fossils are my favorite bands and blindly following the music is how I found them so the evening already feels like guaranteed success. But - should all else fail the back bar has woodfire pizza that is oh so delicious, I have been waiting to make it back for a whole pie since Baloogz moved "Certain Vibes". That's the cherry on top but the silver lining of the night is it will be jumping from the jump for a fact because FTF Jamie Blake is opening the evening and he's the only one I know for sure has grooves ths make me want to tap my toes.
