MUSIC: YUNG FERN X KENTO
As BBE gears up for their May 1st show at Chop Suey, alongside :30, IFY and Key Nyata, Yung Fern has released another early leak from his upcoming project. I've been following Fern closely as he builds his wave as a BBE artist and Jordan and French Connection show his more punctuated lyrics and sound overall.
The title French Connection is very literal, as a result of his first couple of projects Yung Fern garnered some international attention. French rapper Kento is featured on this verse and although I can't understand a word anyway (where is Léa when you need her) I can feel the Boiler Boyz aggression and that suffices. Production by Big Bitter per usual. This one kinda go, lowkey want to see how it works live. Maybe May 1st we'll find out.
